Well, I’ve decided to make it happen! The New Year 2011 will see a new and fitter me! A new fitness regime to start 1st Jan. 2011. A target to shed some pounds before my visit back to UK in 2012, so 12 months to make a difference!
Bicycle rides, Wii fit each morning and local walks. That’s for starters!
I must also watch the intake of wine, now that will be a tough one! 😦
